Fair Oaks Jr. NFL Flag Football League

The Jr. NFL Flag Football Program is the premier flag football league for boys and girls ages 5-14 years old. The program teaches youngsters the fundamentals of football, good sportsmanship, and teamwork through practices and games. The goal of the program is to educate its participants in the game of football as well as to learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.

Tiny Tot Sports

  • T-ball Class 
  • Team Sports Class (T-Ball, Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer)

Classes teach basic skills for a variety of sports that focus on self-confidence, teamwork, and fun in a non-competitive environment. Parent participation is required.

  • Ages: 3-5
  • Fee: $40 ($35 for residents)
  • Session: 4 weeks
  • Months: April – July

Lil' Ninja Skills ChallengeLIL Ninja Skills Challenge logo

Kids will learn ninja skills through fun obstacle training that will prepare them for them for our exclusive lil' ninja obstacle course. Each participant will receive their very own ninja headband.

The Northern California Lacrosse Association (NCJLA) is the regional governing body and league in which the Fair Oaks Lacrosse Club participates. The Fair Oaks Lacrosse Club's programs operate on volunteer efforts and are funded through the participating families.

American River Girls Softball Association (ARGSA) is a non-profit organization (#1848578 – formerly Orangevale and Fair Oaks Girls Softball Associations). Supported solely by volunteers and self-funded through community support from local businesses and individuals.

Kidz Love Soccer
