Do I need a permit to have a bounce house in the Park?

The District allows bounce houses at Fair Oaks and Miller Parks only when renting the Picnic areas. The bounce houses can only be set up in designated areas of the park. The District requires that the renter supply an original copy of the Bounce House Company's Liability Insurance naming the Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District as additionally insured for $1,000,000 for the day of the event. Documentation of insurance must be on file at the District Office 30 days prior to the event. The District can provide a list of the bounce house companies whose insurance is current and on file at the District.
