Get Up 'N Go Motor Coach Trips
All trips include roundtrip charter bus transportation with on-board restroom, driver gratuity and refreshments on the bus. Minors may be allowed on some trips but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Seating is assigned by staff. Charter bus can accommodate wheelchair and walkers, participants in wheelchairs must provide at least 30 days advance noticed to ensure a bus with a wheelchair lift is reserved (walkers will be stored under the bus during travel)
Oakland Zoo - March 10, 2026
Fee: $150 | Registration/Cancellation Deadline: 2/13/26 | Departure Time: 8:00am
Experience wildlife up close as you explore the Oakland Zoo, then ride the gondola for breathtaking views on our way to enjoy a delicious, hosted meal at either the rooftop Landing Café or Tusker’s Grill.
Activity Level: Light. Periods of regular walking at a relaxed pace, areas to stop are frequent.
Sonoma Plaza - April 7, 2026

Get Up & Go for a delightful day at Sonoma Plaza! Stroll through charming boutiques, browse local art galleries, and discover specialty shops at your own pace. Sonoma is famous for its wines, and guests are welcome to enjoy tastings on their own.
Activity Level: Moderate. Steady walking throughout the day; rest areas are available but less frequent. Go at your own pace.
Sacramento River Cruise - May 28, 2026

Experience Sacramento’s storied past on a gorgeous scenic river cruise, then stroll the Old Sacramento Waterfront to browse unique shops and enjoy a no-host lunch at your leisure.
Activity Level: Moderate. Steady walking throughout the day, with some stairs and slopes. Rest areas are limited.
Phantom of the Opera - June 18, 2026

Enjoy a dazzling day in San Francisco with a hosted lunch at SAM’s American Eatery followed by Andrew Lloyd Webber’s haunting musical masterpiece Phantom of the Opera at the historic Orpheum Theatre.
Activity Level: Light. Prepare for a 1 block walk between our lunch destination and the theater.
